I'm happy with the clinic. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for three years, and I've never considered changing clinics. The prices are not cheap, as they are everywhere in Europe these days, but combined with insurance, it's quite affordable. However, I can't afford serious treatments that aren't covered by insurance anywhere in Prague, so in such cases, I seek treatment in cheaper countries.
