We consider tooth extraction to be the last resort — performed only when the tooth can no longer be safely restored. The procedure is carried out by an experienced oral surgeon under local anesthesia. When Tooth Extraction May Be Necessary

Complex Tooth Extraction
This approach is indicated for atypical root shapes, impacted wisdom teeth, specific bone anatomy, or proximity to nerve structures. To minimize trauma and speed up healing, we use microsurgical instruments, laser technology, and ultrasonic (piezo) surgery.
Post-Treatment Care
- Cooling during the first hours to reduce swelling.
- Diet: soft, cooler foods; avoid hot or hard foods.
- Oral hygiene: gentle brushing from the next day; saline rinses as recommended; clean the area around the wound carefully.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol during healing.
- Check-ups: attend your scheduled follow-ups; if pain or bleeding worsens, contact us immediately.
Root Removal (Atraumatic Extraction)
When the crown is destroyed, the root is fractured, or chronic inflammation is present at the apex, we choose the most conservative technique based on imaging. Options include root-end resection or atraumatic removal with preservation of bone volume for a future implant.

After the extraction, mild swelling or soreness can occur for 1–3 days, which is usually manageable with standard pain relievers. Can I replace a tooth immediately after extraction?
